The general terms and conditions of the online store shop.vzmeti-lipnik.si are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with recommendations GZS and international codes for e-commerce. The General Terms and Conditions of the online store determine the conditions of purchase and sale of products carried out by the company Lipnik d.o.o., Majer 28, 8340 Črnomelj, Slovenia (hereinafter the provider). The online store shop.vzmeti-lipnik.si (hereinafter the Online Store) is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to users. It is managed by the company Lipnik d.o.o. The user is the person who uses our system, ie the customer in the Online Store.
The provider and the buyer regulate their mutual obligations when purchasing through the Online Store with these general terms and conditions. Each user of the online store service has a username and password with which to present themselves. The password is secret and known only to the user who determines it during registration. The user is obliged to ensure that only he or a person authorized to act on his behalf will act on his behalf and with his password.
The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

4. Delivery method and delivery costs
The provider provides the following delivery methods:

The delivery method is selected during the order process. Goods in stock are delivered in 1 – 3 days. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time may be extended indefinitely (usually up to 30 days).
After placing your order, you can be called by the web administrator, who will inform you of the exact delivery date. The bidder may cancel the order for any reason, if he is not able to deliver the product at the price stated at the time of placing the order. The provider informs the customer about the canceled order by e-mail.
The cost of postage is calculated in accordance with the price list.
Any costs of the commission upon receipt of the shipment are covered by the buyer himself.
5. Purchase process
The customer first selects the products and the quantity of individual products and adds them to the cart. After entering the products in the cart, continue the purchase process by clicking on the “checkout" button, where it performs all the necessary steps to complete the purchase. In the last step, by clicking on the “confirm" button, make a purchase in the Online Store. After the purchase, the customer receives an e-mail with a pro forma invoice for the payment of the ordered products.
Every time the order status changes, the customer receives an e-mail. The customer can also monitor the status of the order on the “My orders" page. Order statuses are:
- Processing – Status means that we have received your order and will process it as soon as possible. In the event that not all ordered products are in stock, we will immediately notify the customer before confirming the order. While the order is awaiting confirmation, the customer can cancel or change the order by clicking on the “Update" button.
- Pending payment – means the order has been processed and is awaiting payment. Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order.
- Paid – means that we have received the purchase price on our account and will shortly send the ordered items to the entered delivery address.
- Sent – means that the customer will receive the ordered products to the entered delivery address within 1 – 3 working days.
- Completed – means that the order has been processed, the purchase price has been received and the package has been sent to the customer.
6. Right of withdrawal, return of goods
The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing of the withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the contract, to the contact e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 30 days of written notification, covering the direct costs of return. Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. A copy of the invoice must be attached. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The bidder returns the entire purchase price for the product without postage or delivery costs in the shortest possible time, but no later than within 30 days of receiving notice of withdrawal from the contract.

7. Product damage
When accepting the product, the customer is obliged to carefully inspect the packaging and its contents. In the event of damage to the product, the customer is obliged to immediately notify the delivery person of the damage. The buyer is obliged to draw up an official report together with the postal worker, and to pay special attention to the section on the condition of the packaging and the product. The buyer will relinquish the damaged product, which together with the official minutes will be at the expense of Lipnik d.o.o. sent to the sender's address. After receiving the damaged product, we will send the customer a new product as soon as possible.
In the event that the customer notices damage after delivery of the product, but within a maximum of 30 days after delivery, report the damage to email@example.com. The condition for reporting damage to the product within 30 days after delivery is stored packaging, on the basis of which it is determined where or. how the injury occurred. It is also desirable that the damage is recorded with a camera and photos sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
